The LMPA Office Team

Our People

        

Loddon Mallee Preschool Association's educational programs are delivered in our 28 licensed services across the Loddon Campaspe Region, including kindergarten and pre kindergarten programs.

Our programs are delivered by a team of over 100 early childhood education professionals. Our staff are made up of qualified educators and their assistants who share a common core purpose, to foster a healthy and active early childhood community working together to provide quality education and care for young children.

To enable our team to deliver on their core purpose LMPA provides support including:

a) Phil Hocking, CEO, Bachelor of Business (Accounting)

Commenced with LMPA in 2013. With 23 years’ experience in Accounting and Management in industries such as Television, Health, Water, Pharmacy and the Building Industry. Having skills in Finance, Strategic Planning, Business Development and Corporate Governance Phil aims to be able to support the Board in the introduction of and implementation of a new Strategic Plan for LMPA.

Belinda Schultz, Early Years Manager, Diploma of Teaching ECE, Cert 4 in TAA

Belinda leads the early years team in her role as early years manager, she has many years’ experience teaching in the early years, and has been part of the LMPA office Early Years team since 2008.  

Belinda is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance and operations at LMPA services and liaising with and providing support to the early childhood education staff and key stakeholders.

Courtney Pollard, Early Years Administrator, Bachelor of Education, 2005.

With 6 years’ experience teaching at Primary School level, Courtney has worked with LMPA since May 2012. 

Available Monday, Wednesday 8.30am-4.30pm and Thursday 8.30-3:15pm

Janelle Wanden, Early Years Advisor, Diploma of Teaching (Early Childhood)

Janelle has many years’ experience teaching in kindergartens, and has been part of the LMPA office Early Years team since  2010.  

Janelle is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance and operations at LMPA services and liaising with and providing support to the early childhood education staff.

Jean Giles, Finance Manager, Bachelor in Commerce 2008, CPA 2011

Jean has a vast experience within the accounting field in industries such as Aged Care, Welfare, and Disability and since 2009 at LMPA. Working closely with the CEO, Jean is primarily responsible for assisting operational teams (e.g. Preschools) in the monthly operations review, annual budget process, forecasting, and periodic analysis of operations performance and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Kylie Eddy, Finance Officer, Certificate 3 in Business Administration

With 7 years’ experience in administration/finance. Kylie first started with LMPA in 2007 as the administration/finance officer. Working closely along side the Finance Manager and Enrolment officer; her primary responsibilities are looking after accounts payable/ receivable, debt recovery and purchasing for the preschools. Kylie aims to streamline the purchasing system for both the preschool and office staff.
